The AEB is pleased to invite you to the Finance and Investments Committee’s conference “M&A Deals in Russia in 2024: Is the Boom Over?”. The event will take place on May 23, 2024, Thursday, from 14:00 to 20:00 in the AEB Conference Center (Butyrsky Val St. 68/70 b.1, 1st floor, office 13). In 2022-2023 we observed a series of M&A transactions with foreign participation, companies have withdrawn from Russia or changed its set-up. The conference will serve as a one-stop event and give the opportunity to receive the most up-to-date information related to M&A deals: Regulatory issues of M&A transactions with participation of foreign companies, M&A market and deals – results and trends for 2024, Key issues in M&A deals: legal, regulatory, financial aspects, New challenges for foreign shareholders and management of foreign companies.
